Team Fort Lauderdale, FL- Dan Myers

My name is Dan Myers, the skipper and owner of E-Ticket , a Beneteau Moorings 38. I ve been sailing for about 15 years and have run an active and successful racing campaign for the last 10 years. I ve lived in Florida for the past 30 years, moving to Boca Raton from California in 1974. I am a General Contractor, married with 4 children (all out of the house)

Part of the crew of E-Ticket (we race with 10) is this year s Ft. Lauderdale, Florida s representative to the Hospice National Regatta Championships for the second straight year. It is always a pleasure and honor to race in our local Hospice Regatta, and to promote the Hospice effort.

E-Ticket and crew are coming off a successful winter campaign winning our class in the Ft. Lauderdale to Key West Race and finishing second in class (by one point) at Key West Race Week.

As always, our successes are a combination of great crew work, boat prep and sound tactics.
